Science Reflection

      We did have some blunders like we tipped our solution over when we were doing the Mixtures and Solutions- Supersaturated Solutions. Our group had to make our supersaturated solutions right from the beginning. I kind of liked how that happened. I had made a mistake, but at the same time I had witnessed the teamwork and collaboration we were doing right there! We sure learned to be more careful after that though!

      I have really enjoyed this period of science. We have done so many wonderful experiments and investigations. Some did not work, but most experiments were successful. The last topic ( Atoms and Molecules), was my favorite topic. That is because some people (including parents) don't know much about this. It is always good learning about something that not many people know about, and teaching them.

      The part of science I really liked was at the beginning of the science unit, we had a "Mystery Investigation" to do. I really enjoyed that because it helped me find who the culprit was, where he or she murdered, and what he or she used as a weapon. We were given some clues in a bag to help find the culprit.


     Something that I really enjoyed learning about was the Chemical Equations and the Chemical Formulas. C6H12O6 is sugar, HCL is Hydrochloric Acid, CO2 is Carbon Dioxide etc...

      Overall, I have really enjoyed this science unit. It was so fun to learn new things. I will really miss you science!
