SMART SLEEP GOAL

I want to make sure I’m in bed by 10p.m every school night. I will manage my work more effectively so that I’m able to hit the bed on time. Sleeping on time will help me feel emotionally healthier and boost my growth. I will make sure to check in on how I’m doing before December break to see how this change shows its benefits. As a reward, I will get the weekends to sleep later.
