Two things I think I did well were first of all keeping my wrists firm and locked. This helped me get a good grip and control over my swing. I also think my body moved, maybe not with so much force, but it did a swing motion which gave me power for my hit.

Two things I think I did well were first of all keeping my wrists firm and locked. This helped me get a good grip and control over my swing. I also think my body moved, maybe not with so much force, but it did a swing motion which gave me power for my hit.
I think first of all I should work on switching my wrists to make the racket horizontal when I have just made the shot. This balances the force which then affects the distance, controlling the hit and making it stay within the court. I also think I should move my body more and swing my arms with more force to give more power and accuracy in the form.
