This class spends shorter because the outliers skew the data, and without counting the outliers, the range is 60, which is less than the other box plot.

It is different because everything is different from the other box plot. The outliers were:120, 120. This class spends longer time because not counting the outliers, the range is 65, which is greater than the other box plot.
