Block D Swim

  1. I liked the fact that my arms weren't straight and tight, the muscles were loose and my arm was consistently bended.
    I need to work on maintaining a powerful kick throughout the time. My kick died away, and wasn't strong.
    I need to also keep my head underwater for a longer period of time.
    I need to have an effective glide as I push off as well. I noticed that when I started, I didn't give much time to glide, and I didn't push very hard.
